Date notes: I did take this photo on August 6th at 17:26h. I unloaded it from my camera on the 10th. I did not think to actually collect one of these caterpillars. There are still a couple caterpillars today on the 10th of August. One is on the plant Nicotiana Glauca and several others are on a plant unknown to me.

Observation notes: After a substantial amount of recent rain and lots of weedy-type growth in my yard, I discovered hundreds of these guy in the front and back yards of my house. I can't imagine the amount of moths this will produce.
