Observation notes: Very humid low 70's sky mostly Clear. With about 5 wandering skippers on salt grass. 100 yards from water line of ocean. Right on edge of walking path. Capistrano Beach/ Doho Beach on Heliotrope getting nectar then Playing Chase. This Skipper was chasing the wandering Skippers around. When a Female wandering skipper would show up for nectar, the males would start courtship behaviors! Every walk on coast Beach trail in San Clemente and Dana Point i have seen the Wandering Skippers. We got light misty rain on coast for about ten days or more in end of june. Then these started showing up!
