Observation notes: The caterpillar was found on a Snapdragon plant within an area that received partial shade. There was obvious tearing and holes in the plant's leaves, most likely caused by caterpillar. It was taken into captivity the day of discovery; fed upon Snapdragon and unidentified tree leaves. Constructed cocoon within leaf two days later (July 6, 2017). Cocoon was a thorough lime color with few brown stripes until later days where it started turning brown. Emerged from cocoon nine days later (July 15, 2017) and will be released at dusk in same area of host plants.
