Coordinator notes: Your ID is correct. This is one of several differently recognized Variable Checkerspots found in Colorado. The common name for this one would be the "Eurytion Checkerspot" (U-rid-tee-on). Very pretty butterfly found typically only in South Park. Always helpful when you make a submission if you can give a more specific location rather than a general one. Mike
