Observation notes: This moth was very interested in our Verbena at the time these photos were taken. Weather was 88 degrees and sunny with a light breeze.

Coordinator notes: The 2nd abdominal segment is orange, indicitave of M. calabaza. M. cucurbitae has a dark olive green second abdominal segment.
