Observation notes: Same area as I reported last year. What was wetland ash forest now decimated by EAB. There were dozens of these on young (ash?) leaves along the boardwalk. They were crowded - many to an small plant. Also since there is no canopy, they are easy pickings for predation. Weather was sunny and bright - about 15C - and it was near dusk.
