Our 2023 fundraiser has arrived, and we need your help!
We depend on donations to keep Butterflies and Moths of North America online and free. Your support is vital to the project. Please make a recurring or one-time donation to sustain this valuable source of information. Thank you!
Observation notes: Found in a forest on a somewhat warm, partly cloudy, and windy day.

Coordinator notes: Correctly identified by the observer. The orange tips are one of our more desirable Colorado butterflies and they are not observed very often. The area of Poudre Canyon is one of the better, more reliable locations where it can be found in spring. Nice one! Mike
