Observation notes: City of pinion Hills this area is being developed rapidly, But for now its a great place to see this butterfly, low Sixties just off road138 hwy scrub oak lane oaks buckwheat juniper these yellow flowers that lucky for me they loved! Pinion pine. low sixties this day transition from mountains to desert. fiddle necks and other flowers blooming looks like area got some rain this winter! I was a block or two west of this lane. Antelope bush also might have other hairstreaks Behr's, book by Fred Heath calls this Siva, joshua trees there also!
