Coordinator notes: I do believe this is Phocides urania vida ssp: vida. While this is a very worn individual, the key elements are present. Unlike others in this genus "urania" does not have any striping on its thorax. In addition, the ssp: vida, does not have FW bars. Butterflies of America only has it as far south as Costa Rica, but Panama is not an unrealistic sighting. Possibly a stray.
