Observation notes: Observed at terminus of deer-browsed greenbrier (Smilax sp.), taking a defensive posture upon approach, weather clear, 84 degrees F., under hardwood forest (dominated with red oak, black oak, and chestnut oak with black gum, white pine, table mountain pine, and cucumber magnolia and understory of scattered mountain laurel); 3.5 miles east of junction of Colerain Rd and Brady Rd., Rothrock State Forest, Blair County, PA
