Observation notes: It was seen in a shopping area parking lot the morning of 8/23/2016 in Fredericksburg, VA. It was lethargic--we used a stick to move it to a landscaped area where it wouldn't get run over. It clung to the stick, but made no attempt to fly away. This seems more southern than the usual range??
