Observation notes: Emmel & Emmel in Butterflies of Southern California say cassia species for host plant in Costa Rica/ Females are Followed Closely by Groups of males, rarely are they note being followed/ Making getting a photo nearly impossible. Warm day Clear sky light wind no rain here for several months. Butterfly garden plant one they will come. Favorite Nectar Bougainvillea is what she is on.
