Observation notes: In the top photo the insect was walking; displaying the magnificent red and black banded hindwing. Outstretched wings were about 3" tip to tip. When at rest, the insect most closely resembled a Phigalia Denticulata. But no photos of that type that I have seen have the red and black hindwing. Please help!
