Coordinator notes: There is some confusion on the range of P. kimballii, but a couple of experts that post on bugguide.net state this species does not occur in TX. Thus, I believe this is Stemorrhages costata, which has been introduced in TX and apparently resident since at least the 1970's. New genus name may be Diaphania.
