Observation notes: Subboreal Spruce (SBS) Zone, mixed forest deciduous (aspen) leading. Found within shaded understory shrub leaves. Possibly munching on: twisted stalk, solomon'c seal, or hooker's fairybell. Other site plants: common mitrewort, prickly rose, red and black currant. This is definitely the season for this caterpillar species for I seen several that day.
