Observation notes: About 1 1/4 inch length, gray moth with complex black and white marks including a bright white, elongated shape along the wings' edges. The moth holds its wings oddly, when on a vertical surface it looks like a prominent, on a flat surface the wings spread out in a sort of dress shape

Coordinator notes: This is either Symmerista albifrons, Symmerista canicosta, or Symmerista leucitys. Adults of these species can only be reliably distinguished by genitalic observation.
