Observation notes: I found this guy/girl on my River Birch and kept it overnight in the hopes of identifying it. This morning it had started to turn pink! I released it back onto the tree where I found it and within minutes it had dropped to the ground and buried itself. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
