Observation notes: Two more views, as close as possible to NABA's definitive views, of a skipper that is abundant at this time of the year in southeast Texas (but for some unknown reason) not recognised. The white (actually translucent) boomerang shape on the forewing is usually good enough for identification . . . until recently.
