Observation notes: Bugguide states that B. deducta and B. similaris can only be distinguished by genitalia where range overlaps, however I haven't been able to find an example of B. similaris in this particular form anywhere. I did see one not too different from AZ, but still not quite a match. Based on the form, location, and matching photos I believe this is Bulia deducta.
