Observation notes: Spooked this little moth (?) up out of the grass at the base of a small pine tree while watering. It was down in the grass and stayed fairly low to the ground. It lit on my pants and stayed still for some time, so I was able to get a decent photo before it flew off. The sighting was on a cool, overcast evening.
