Observation notes: I spotted this this morning on an old hemerocallis leaf in my garden in Iowa City IA. Nearby plantings include Lilium, Baptisia, Thalictrums, and spiderwort, as well as various weeds and violets. The day was warm, sunny, and generaly very dry.
