Observation notes: Seen along overgrown fire road near crest of ridge at elevation of about 3600 feet in a wooded area in George Washington National Forest with some open areas due to prescribed burns. Was perched on what appeared to be a Daisy Fleabane plant. It flew to another of those plants and nectared on it. Very warm and partially cloudy.
