Observation notes: Blacklighting at Idalia Society Gathering with Betsy Betros. I'm pretty sure this is #9193 Raphia frater - The Brother (as opposed to R. abrupta. Also posted on BugGuide: http://bugguide.net/node/view/1100481, but no confirmation yet. Can you confirm?
