  Sighting 1053590

Observation date: July 11, 2015
Submitted by: fuzzycaterpilla...
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: The caterpillar was found on an inside window. It has a green body with a yellow head and a yellow rear. It has white and black hairs and it appears that the hairs get longer near the head and the rear of the caterpillar. The caterpillar has a white banded body underneath all of it's hair. The hairs are spread throughout the caterpillar's body, not just in tufts. The black and white hairs are mixed in, so a combination of black and white hairs are seen throughout the whole body.

Coordinator notes: A ventral view would be helpful, but based on what I can see, this appears to be H. elliottii. JR
