Observation notes: Appeared dead with no movement when I picked it up. Found on a stainless steel water fountain early morning with temperature around 40 degrees (F). Moved to sunshine and antenna became visible, feather-like antenna with no apparent club end. Dorsal wing pattern when opened up were a drab color (brownish-red)
