Observation notes: winter form cold day high 62 mostly cloudy, low 38 how do these survive, busy nectar chasing not much flying except moths and queens few ladies.blue birds (western) very cooperative walked from flower to flower have seen this a lot with this and gph great purple hairstreak on alkali golden bush. rain two days prior about half inch in this location some puddling of water. other desert areas got a lot of rain some minor flooding.
