Observation notes: This caterpillar looks like a Acronicta hasta; however, we found it in Crawfordville, Florida. According to the web sites we have reviewed, that caterpillar is not found this far south. My five year-old daughter found it and loves learning about insects. Any help in correctly identifying this caterpillar would be appreciated. Thank you.
