Observation notes: Mostly sunny, low 60's, light breeze. This butterfly was seen puddling on the damp soil on a gravel road near a small lake. The following plants were blooming - Golden Banner, Dandelions, Phlox, and a small Hawthorn tree.

Coordinator notes: Newly emerged Pacuvius Duskywing...a male with the darker hindwing fringe that is tinged whitish...not as commonly seen as those with a pure white fringe. Beautifully marked and colored forewings on this duskywing! Mike
