Observation notes: Flying along a stream in sun, with evergreen trees along sides. This is just off the loop road around Hurricane Ridge, Olympic National Park. Weather was sunny and warm 70+ degrees.

Coordinator notes: Tentative ID - poor camera angle, but markings better match macfarlandi, which is more consistently found at higher elevations than decia is, which has also been found west of the Cascades
