Observation notes: Best shot I could get with leaf in the way before it flew off. At Boqueron Cloud Forest on the San Salvador volcano at ~6000 ft / 2000 m elevation. Partly cloudy day in the 70’s F.

Coordinator notes: Hi. Another coordinator marked this sighting as misidentified, suggesting that there just wasn’t enough of the insect visible to be really sure that it was really Greta annette. And, of course, the sighting is obscured. I am always very happy to receive corrections and have learned a great deal from other coordinators in this way. But in this case I think that the submitter and I are correct. I’ve been in the region before and seen G. annette often. So with the greatest respect and thanks to the other coordinator, I’m going to leave the sighting as is. If the coordinator still disagrees, please reach out to Kelly and get my contact information.
