Observation notes: An individual question mark along the Rio Grande taking nutrients from moist sand and also from water speedwell stems and leaves. This species rarely takes flower nectar. The day was warm, sunny, and windy. A low-flow channel is maintained year-around at this site due to wastewater release from up-channel.
