Observation notes: The weather was 75°F and overcast. The butterfly was drinking nectar and flying to different flowers when I got too close.

Coordinator notes: Difficult ID with angle and focus, however likely fit with features and time of year is A. Campestris. Update 10/7/24: Taxon split recently, with A. campestris becoming a west coast species, and A. Huron being basically anything east of the Rockies. New correct species name is Atalopedes huron - Huron Sachem. -jmgesell
