Observation notes: It was an overcast day. 63 degrees. North wind at 12mph. As I walked along the roadside in a naturalized cemetery I saw yellow and black flashes. I searched to find the Indra perfectly still, wings fully opened. The area had bluebirds feeding insects to their babies.
