Observation notes: Found it on the sidewalk, it wasn't moving. I prodded it gently with a leaf, and it began moving in a stereotypical manner towards the grass and weeds on the side of the sidewalk. I cannot identify any of the near by plants, just typical common grass used in lawns in BC and Vancouver, as well as weeds such as a dandelion.
Once i prodded it into moving it moved without issue and never stopped, nor needed further encouragement.
