Coordinator notes: this appears to be U. proteus and not the suggested id of U. dorantes for the following reasons:
1) sm band near apex of forewing underside is practically continuous
2) dark band toward hindwing edge is large and broad, not discontinuous or irregular
3) blue-green sheen is visible on the small portion of inner forewing seen on 2nd sighting photo
