Observation notes: Photo taken of Pearl Cresent, dorsal view, on Panicled Aster in Southwestern area of Lawrence, Kansas. Weather: 65 degrees, approx. 50% humidity, sunny day with lots of butterflies (and many varieties) on this beautiful day. NONE of which minded my presence on this day; were much more interested in their feeding. Inside of left hind wing a little tattered/chewed. Size: Approx. 2.25" wingspan
