Identification: Forewing white with black transverse streaks and spots, and deep yellow patch near apex; hindwing deep yellow; top of thorax white with large black spots; abdomen deep yellow; legs black and white.
Wing Span: 2.5 cm
Life History:
Flight: July through September.
Caterpillar Hosts: Sonoran Indian mallow (Abutilon mollicomum, Malvaceae)
