Observation notes: Second sighting in about three weeks though never saw ever before that. First one actually looked larger that this one. Very active. Did not sit still so was hard to get a decent photo with my cheap camera. Weather was sunny and 82F with light winds. Stayed exclusively on Phlox plants. We do have a lot of prickly ash (a reported host plant) in the area but may just be passing through.
