Observation notes: It was early in the morning cool and and dewey. If first discovered the butterfly on the edge of the wood amongst the blackberry canes. Flight was quick and 'fluttery" woould not sit still. Opened wings rarely and only for a second or two. The butterfly finally flew on to the grass were it was "trapped" for a long time and I was able to get alot of pics. As soon as I was done, it flew away.
