Observation notes: Very large! When first spotted at some distance (25-30 ft) with the naked eye, I thought it was a Comma or QM; looked to be a large, orange butterfly opening and closing its wings at the edge of a dried-up swamp in the mud and grass. Stayed in the same spot the entire time.
