Observation notes: It was flying around my backyard and was most focused on a sandy spot off my deck. The ground was damp after 3 days of rain that continued on an off that day. It didn't seem to mind my presence and flew all around me. As I put my finger in front of it, it attempted to climb on but didn't. I followed it for about a half hour taking many pics til I finally let it be while it was still walking and sitting in the sandy spot.
