Twin-spotted sphinx
Smerinthus jamaicensis

Observation date: August 04, 2012
Submitted by: EiriYuki
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I found this moth at work. I think it may be a female and is laying eggs in the shoebox it is inhabiting in my apartment right now. I am not sure what to do with it or the eggs. It has been mostly docile, moving about in the box and depositing eggs, pretty calm moth.
