Observation notes: I discovered this beautiful moth on the inside surface of our sliding glass door screen. After taking a few photographs, I took it outside and released it. I was astonished and fascinated when it reappeared 6 days later in the same place -- on the inside surface of the screen! The profile shot was taken while the moth was clinging to the glass window, and the full-body shot was taken after I released it outside and it landed on a carpeted mat. Weather: sunny, clear, gentle breeze, temp about 65 degrees.
