Observation notes: I had a captive female, in a cage on the porch. She called in a singular black male of the species! She was out of the cocoon for about three days, and called him in two days in a row. I let him into her cage, they mated, and now I have about 50 cocoons of the species! I will be sure to release a few to replace what I took from nature.
