Observation notes: Normally I sight them in a wooded park nearby, but spent hours this afternoon on my sumac bush, which is blooming late. Very enthusiastic about feeding on this bush! Other plants nearby were also in bloom. Sunny, mild day, a break during a very wet and rainy summer.
