Hawaiian Beet Webworm
Spoladea recurvalis

Observation date: November 21, 2022
Date notes: Every day from Nov 15 to Nov 25, all day long,
Submitted by: msandell
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: The most common moth I've ever seen. There was a significant rainfall two months prior, so the dessert was green. Many plants were flowering. These moths were in almost every plant that was flowering. If I would brush against a bush, dozens or sometimes hundreds would fly up then come back and land on the plant.
