Observation notes: A bonanza of BFs on flowering turpentine bushes (Ericameria laricifolia) in Soledad/Bar Canyons. About 70* with a mix of clouds and sun all afternoon. BF activity slowed when clouds shadowed the land, picked up quickly in bright sunlight. This particular BF was a couple of hundred feet below the falls beneath tree cover.
