Observation notes: This was seen near a definite western pygmy blue but the coloration seems wrong for a western - the top of the wings seem to show no blue

Coordinator notes: I realize that this is just too far west for B. psudofea and that B. exilis is much more likely, and that's what I'm going with. But I agree that this looks rather more like the former than the latter.
