Observation notes: The brown elfin (and if it is, it's the first one I've seen) had settled on one blossom bunch of my butterfly bush (in my backyard) and proceeded to work that one blossom without going elsewhere (a pity since it was a difficult angle to photograph until the end). After 7 minutes, I went inside and then as soon as I looked out again, it was gone. (Sunny day; moderate temperature; no wind)
