Observation notes: Sunny, little breeze temp. in low 60s F. Four of five individuals observed in patch of kinnikinnic mostly perching with the occasional swirling together. Five to seven C. augustinus individuals observed in adjacent areas, rarely venturing near the C. polios group. Kinnikinnic was plentiful in the area. Photos of 2 different individuals included.
